Consider your goals.
What do you hope to achieve by attending a Quran academy? Do you want to memorize the Quran, improve your Arabic language skills, or simply learn more about the Quran’s message?
Once you know your goals, you can narrow down your choices to academies that offer programs that meet your needs.
Research the academy’s curriculum. Make sure the academy’s curriculum is aligned with your religious beliefs and values. Some academies focus on memorization, while others focus on understanding the Quran’s message. Some academies also offer courses on Arabic language, Islamic history, and other related topics.
Learn about the academy’s teaching methods. Some academies use traditional methods, such as rote memorization, while others use more modern methods, such as interactive learning and discussion. There is no right or wrong answer, so it is important to choose a method that is effective for you.
Consider the academy’s location. If you are a student, make sure the academy is located in a convenient location for you. If you are an adult, you may want to consider an academy that offers online or evening classes.
Talk to other students and parents. Get feedback from other students and parents who have attended the academy. They can give you valuable insights into the academy’s strengths and weaknesses.
Here are some additional tips for choosing a Quran academy:
Visit the academy in person. This will give you a chance to see the facilities, meet the teachers, and ask questions.
Ask about the academy’s financial aid policies. If you are on a tight budget, you may be able to qualify for financial assistance.
Make sure that Moddakir Academy is accredited. Accreditation ensures that the academy meets certain standards of quality.
